Amy Louise Rice, 46, went to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday, May 3, 2014 at her home in Livingston, LA. Amy loved to sing and spend time with her family any chance she had. She was a devoted and loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She will be missed dearly by all those who knew and loved her. Visitation will be at Amite Baptist Church, on Tuesday, May 6, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visitation will resume Wednesday, May 7, from 9 a.m. until service at 10 a.m., officiated by Rev. Gerald Martin. Burial will be at Amite Baptist Cemetery. She is survived by her two daughters, Julie Jackson Kennison and husband, David, and Miranda Janelle Jackson; parents, Billy and Loretta Richard Rice; sisters and brothers-in-law, Diana and Mark Bobrycki and their children, Billie and Derek Simms and Caleb Bobrycki; Billy and James Hayman, and their children, Brandon and Jarrett Hayman; and Patricia Aline and David Wyles and their children, Rachel Sullivan, Jessica Hornsby, Virginia Bourland, Olivia Lustig; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
