Debra "Debbie" Ann (Clark) Mason, 67, wife of C. Steven Mason, passed away peacefully at her home in Boyertown on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, surrounded by family. Born in Camp Lejeune, NC, she was the daughter of the late Rufus Delaine Clark and Phyllis Ann (Francis) Clark.
Debbie was the former facilities director of Fellowship Farm for 33 years, then later became the director of human resources and operations for the Boyertown Area Multi-Service, a position which she held faithfully until her death. She was also the accountant for Boyertown American Legion Post 471. Debbie loved camping with her family, especially at Ferryboat Campsites in recent years. She enjoyed watching her sons and grandsons play baseball and football. Debbie was an avid fan of the Boyertown Bears baseball and football programs. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, whom she loved dearly. Debbie was known by many as "Mom," as her home always had an open door policy.
Surviving along with her husband of 50 years, C. Steven Mason, are her sons, Steven D. Mason and Corey S. Mason, husband of Lindsey (Riegner) Mason; mother, Phyllis Ann (Francis) Clark; grandchildren, Quinn D. Mason, fiancé of Bella Ortiz, Cole J. Mason, Cash W. Mason, Brandon C. Mason; "brother" Sonny Farren, husband of Kathy; brother-in-law Marc S. Mason, husband of Donna Marino; and her beloved dog Masie. She is predeceased by her son Brandon S. Mason and "brothers" Robert D. Crouch, husband of Letha Crouch, and Mike Crouch.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 19, 2021, at 1:00PM at Catagnus Funeral Home, 1020 E. Philadelphia Ave., Gilbertsville, PA 19525, with Pastor Erwin Gregory officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will also be held on Monday, July 19, 2021, from 11:00AM-1:00PM at the funeral home.
