This is my brother.

He was a good man. He was quiet and a loner type. We were not very close, I guess because of the big age difference. At the time of his death, I had not seen him in many years. That saddened me a great deal. I'm sure that he knew that I loved him, just as I know that he loved me

He was married for a number of years, and a son was born from that marriage. His name is Timothy. Tim is the only child of my brother. After the divorce, Tim and his mom moved away, and we did not see them again. This bothered my brother a lot. He loved his son very much, and always spoke of him with much love.
My brother was cremated and his ashes were given to his son Tim. I think this would have made my brother very happy to be reunited with his son at last. After many years, Tim called me with the news and he sounds like he has grown into a fine young man. I'm sure my brother would be very proud. Tim does not have a lot of memories of our family, as he moved when he was very young. But I was able to tell him a few things about his dad and my mom and his time with us when he was little. I hope that helps him also.
