In addition to her loving husband of nearly thirty-four years, Joyce is survived by her daughters, Melissa Keip of Mount Vernon, Illinois, Christina Brown of Mount Vernon, Illinois; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; five wonderful nieces; and sister, Terri Hopkins and husband, Jerry of Evansville, Indiana.
In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her sister, Donna Kebodeaux.
Mrs. Scott loved to travel to South Dakota, painting oil paintings in her beloved she-shed, playing slots, and going to flea markets. Joyce enjoyed giving hugs and candy bars to her fellow Walmart workers. She was a very loving person that adopted many shelter dogs and loved her family. Joyce will be dearly missed.
There will be no public services held. Memorials may be made in Joyce's honor to ASPCA Animal.
