Otis Willis, 82, of Milan died February 12, 2007 at his home. Funeral services will be 10a.m. Saturday, February 17, 2007 at Bethel Assembly of God, Rock Island. Visitation will be Friday from 4-7 p.m. at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. 6601-38th Ave, Moline. Burial will be in the Swedona Cemetery, Swedona, IL. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. Otis was born May 7, 1924 in Carrollton, IL to John H. and Etta Conrad Willis. He married Emma Betty Osborne on March 19, 1944 and she preceded him in death in 1987. He married Lunett White on July 19, 1988. Otis was an electro plater for the Rock Island Arsenal for 25 years retiring in 1979. Otis was an U.S. Army veteran serving from 1942-1946. He reinlisted from 1950-1952 and served in the Armored Tank Division. He was a member of Bethel Assembly of God. He enjoyed playing dominos and traveling.
