Mary Grace Holt Withrow, 80, of Nitro died November 14, 2007, at home after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Withrow; her sister, Mildred Booth; and brothers, Claude Holt Jr. and William "Bill" Holt.

Mary was a former employee of Merrill Photo and Moore's Photo.

She is survived by her children, Judy and Earl Laurie of Reading, Mich., Dennis Withrow of Nitro, Teresa and Thomas Dixon of Cross Lanes and Vickey and Everett Dailey of Teays Valley. She had 11 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of Mary's life will be 3 p.m. Saturday, November 17, at Tyler Mountain Funeral Home with Pastor Ken Carter officiating. Burial will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home, 5233 Rocky Fork Road, Cross Lanes.

The family wishes to give a special thank you to all the staff of HospiceCare in Dunbar and a special thanks to Amanda Joyce and Shawn O'Brian. Thanks also go to Dr. Sta Ana and Dr. Haffar for their special care and kindness.
