Roy H. Campbell, age 86, of Houston, Texas, died peacefully at home, surrounded by family on July 9, 2021. He was a devoted husband of 61 years to his wife Bonnie (Shoopman) Campbell. Born in Bristow, OK on November 26, 1934. He was a graduate of Bristow High School. He entered the military in 1957, where he proudly served his country as a Sergeant in the US Army stationed in Germany. He worked for many years in the drilling tool industry with AJ Rodd and Co. and Dolan Industrial Sales. Roy was a member of North Oaks Baptist Church. He enjoyed hunting with his family and friends and was an enthusiastic sports fan of the Houston Astros, Texans and OU Sooners. He leaves behind his beloved wife Bonnie. He was the father of Randy Campbell and Karen Koudelka. He was preceded by his five siblings Paul Campbell, Tom Campbell, Helen McFarland, Nona Dearing and Thelma Rogers as a cherished brother. He was an endeared grandfather of his five surviving grandchildren Tiffany Gadjusek, Jonathon Koudelka, Christian Koudelka, Britleigh Koudelka, Luke Koudelka, and two deceased grandchildren Curtis Wilson and Stephen Dykes. Roy was blessed to have many loving nieces, nephews, sister-n-law (Darlene Fautt) and daughter-n-law (Terri Campbell) and wonderful friends.
