Patsy Nelson, 88, passed away July 13, 2021 in Dallas, Texas. She was born December 15, 1932 to William Dexter Prince and Lillian May Brown Prince in Dallas, Texas.

Patsy graduated from Highland Park High School. She continued her education at SMU graduating with a degree in Education. After raising two boys she went on to complete a master's degree in psychology at TWU in Denton. After completing her coursework, she went on to become a Licensed Professional Counselor. She was instrumental on both sides of her family, she was the first college graduate in her family and her husband and children all graduated with university degrees. She loved to travel.

Preceded in death by her parents, son, Mark William Nelson, brother, Dexter William Prince and sisters, Catherine Williams and Martha Nichols. Survived by her husband, Henry Nelson, son, Terry Nelson, sister, Peggy Mims, three grand children and two great-grand children.

Services will be July 20, 2021 at Wildwood Chapel. Burial to follow in Restland Memorial Park...RFH
