She married in 1868, Thomas Henry Ash (1847-98), of Louisville, Ky. Their nine children were twins Louis Russell (1873-1930) and William D. (1873-); Edwin Newell (1875-1938) who married in 1906, Ida Thompson (1888-1970), of Arkansas; Gertrude Irene (1878-1955)(dsp); Hattie Mae (1830-); Walter Henry (1884-1958); Rev. Hugh Franklin (1886-1962); Nettie E. (1889); and Frederick Clarence Ash(1891-1981).
Louis Russell Ash (1873-1930) lived in Kansas City, Mo. He married in 1905, Harriet Booker Davies (1874-1953), daughter of Samuel Wilson (1834-1916) and Sarah Green Davies (1849-1932), of Washington County, Ark. Their sons were Louis Henry (1908-1911); and Samuel Wilson Ash (1914-2000)(UMo. 1937) who last lived in Grass Valley, Ca. The latter married in 1941, Elizabeth Stout (1917-), of Kansas City.
William D. Ash (1873-) lived in Kirbyville, Tx. He married Susan S. (-1947), and their son was William Henry Ash (1906-67) who lived in Ft. Smith, Ark. and married Gladys Dolores (1907-2003).
Walter Henry Ash (1884-1958) last lived in Kingsport, Tn. He married (1) in 1907, Lula May Holtman (1887-). Their children were Helena (or Hillman)(1910-), and Edith Ash (1924-). He married (2) Callie E. Carter (1890-1958).
Frederick Clarence Ash (1892-1981) lived in Kansas City, Mo. and married Anna Lee Lyons (1893-1984). Their children were Frederick Elston (1915-87) who married Violet Jo Neubeiser (1916-95); and Anna Lee Ash (1919-2013) who married Noble William Coulam (1919-84), and their sons were David and Robert Coulam.
