Cecil Levern Jennings Jr., 92, of Ringgold went home to be with the Lord Monday, July 12, 2021. Cecil was born June 13, 1929 to the late Cecil Jennings Sr. and Lola Bell Bowman. He was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga/ North Georgia area and attended Indian Springs Church of God. He served his country in the United States Army. He retired from Tennessee Paper Mill after over 40 years of service as a machinist.

He is preceded in death by his former wife Ruth Jennings; son, Billy Jennings; step-son, D.J. Magourik Jr.; grandson, Josh Jennings.

Survivors include his loving wife Bertie Jennings; daughters, Sandra (Jon) Weaver and Reba (Charles) Miller; step-daughter, Brenda Parsons; sister, Peggy Jennings Alexander; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 3:30 PM, Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Alex Lahon, Bro. Max Kessler and Bro. Jon Weaver officiating. Interment to follow at Tennessee Georgia Memorial Park.
