Lindsey Wilkinson, 32, of Bloomfield, formerly of Merom, passed away on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at her residence. She was born on July 18, 1988 to Tim Wilkinson and Brenda (Howard) Wilkinson Abel. She was a 2007 graduate of Sullivan High School, joined the Army National Guard and had been employed at the Crane Naval Base. She was a loving mother who loved the outdoors, was an amazing artist, great cook, loved to fish and mushroom hunt.



Survivors include her father, Tim Wilkinson, her mother, Brenda (David) Abel, two adorable children, Parker and Molly Richardson, her sister Ashley (Michael) French, step brothers, Brandon (Amber) Abel, Elliot (Melanie) Abel, Aaron (Taylor) Abel, several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and other relatives.



Services to celebrate her life will be at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at Holmes Memorial Chapel with Pastor Eric Blevins officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday from 3:00 p.m. until the time of services. Burial will take place at a later date. There has been an account set up by Ashley French for the benefit of Parker and Molly Richardson. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to this account at First Farmers Bank and Trust at (812) 268-4377 to help out with her children's education.
