Billy R. Farmer, 65, Neosho, MO, passed away July 8, 2021 at Freeman West Hospital.

Billy Ray Farmer was born March 5, 1956 to Wilmer (Bud) and Lavern (Workman) Farmer.

Billy had lived in the area most of his life. He loved to fish, mow the grass and loved to spend time with his grandchildren. Billy was a truck driver and had traveled all over the country delivering product. Billy formerly was married to Debra, Karen, Shelly and Kemmy.

Survivors include; one daughter, Susan and Shad Peterson, Seneca; three sons; Billy and Cameron Farmer, Webb City, Justin and Lacee Puckett, Anderson and Bailey Farmer and Shelby, Carterville; one step daughter Michelle and Josh Churchill, Monett and 1 step son Jonny Boyer, Joplin; siblings, Sharon and Vic Moore, Seneca, Buddy Farmer and Ronda, Diamond, Jim and Terri Farmer, Seneca, Diana Schaeffer, Joplin, Anita and Jim Arthur, Joplin, John and Bonnie Farmer, Arkansas; 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and a host of extend family and friends.

Billy was preceded in death by his mother and father, his brother, Gary, brother-in-law Vic and wives Debra and Kemmy.

The family will receive friends from 6pm to 7pm, Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 10am, Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home with Mark Buzzard officiating. Burial will be in the Kirk Cemetery with Bailey Farmer, Billy Farmer, Zach Farmer, Jakob Farmer, Justin Puckett and Dilyn Puckett serving as pallbearers.
