OSCEOLA, IN. -- Bryan M. Collins was a son, brother, cousin, grandson, nephew, friend, martial artist and comedian. He died unexpectedly on June 11, 2021. He leaves behind his father, George A. Collins, his mother Becky (McClure) Collins, brother, Neal Collins, sister, Erin Gietzen (Charlie) and two nephews.

He's remembered for his way with words, from leading the Penn Debate Team to victory to using his quick wit and extensive vocabulary in local stand-up comedy. Bryan was one of the founders of the original DIY Comedy Club and Production in South Bend. He loved martial arts, obtaining his Black Belt in 1997 and coached the local 1999 team at the National AAU Tae Kwan Do competition. He competed in many Disc Golf tournaments as well as enjoyed hiking, motorcycling, and Dungeons & Dragons with friends. Always ready for life's next adventure, he enjoyed having his friends along for the ride.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Res, 13950 Scout Lane, Mishawaka on 6/25/2021 from 3:00pm to 8:00pm. Donations can be made to comedygivesback.com or the Baugo Ferrettie County Park.
