Thomas E. Reeves, 82, of McRae, Arkansas, passed away July 8, 2021. Thomas was born on August 10, 1938, in Jacksonville, Arkansas to Burett and Marie Reeves.

Thomas served over 20 years in the Navy and was a veteran of Vietnam. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter Debbie and son Tommy; three brothers, Paul, George, and Alvin; and two sisters, Lynette and Bernice.

Thomas is survived by his wife of 63 years, Ruth Reeves; and his daughter Angie Head. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Leona Elkins, Travis (Haley) Reeves, Jeremy (Tabby) Gossett, Stefanie (Michael) Horseman, and Tyler Reeves; his great-grandchildren, Shyenne Edwards, Jaylinn Graff, Audrey Taylor, Alyssa Gossett, Apollo Gossett, Brody Horseman, Sorren Reeves, Parker Reeves, and Gunner Reeves, and one on the way, Cole Reeves; three sisters, Naomi Wharton, Paulette (Ray) Crymes and Gilda Reeves, and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m. Sunday at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. The Funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, July 12, 2021, at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, with burial in Concord Cemetery. Arrangements by Smith Westbrook Funeral Home.
