Born July 28, 1964, in Seymour, IN, he was the son of the late Elbert Hall and Susie (Collins) Hall.
He married Deana Hall, April 20, 1985, who survives.
He was a retired Logistics Operations Manager

Burial will be at Wesley Chapel Cemetery Austin, Indiana.
