Barbara Lillian Davidson passed away peacefully on July 3rd 2021 after a brief illness. Barbara was born in New Orleans Louisiana to Hallie Forte and Katie Joiner Forte on April 27, 1927. Barbara had 3 brothers, and 2 sisters that have preceded her in death and she has a large extended family. Barbara has 2 children, Janet Lynn Lambert, (Jerry), John B Davidson, (Cindy); 3 grandchildren Lynn Lambert, John B Davidson Jr, (Crystal), and Joseph R Davidson (LeAmber); 6 great grandchildren, Grace Nix, Lynley Davidson, Caroline Davidson, Aubrey Davidson, Charlette Davidson, and Gaeb Swindell. She has a large and loving family and many friends and was loved by all. Barbara worked at the Naval Air Station as a Chief Operator in Communications for 30 years. After she retired she enjoyed spending time with family and painting. She was a wealth of knowledge and enjoyed her family and will be dearly missed. Services will be at Pensacola Memorial Gardens, Thursday July 8th with Pastor Jack Kale officiating. Visitation will be at 12:30 for immediate family and 1:00 for friends followed by her service at 2:00.
