After high school Cindy met and married Robert(Bob) Frazier. Together they had three sons, Jimmy, Chad and Bryan. They moved their family to Arkansas for a brief time before settling down in Herald, CA. Cindy loved Herald Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school youth camp and Vacation Bible School. Cindy and Bob were married 15 years until his death on July 3rd, 1993. Cindy worked at the California Department of Corrections until her retirement.
In 2000, Cindy moved to Galt and on June 2nd, 2001 she married Gary Coggin. Cindy and Gary loved traveling to Hawaii, Disneyland and to the coast. She also loved going to the Casinos. Out of all the things she loved to do being a Grandma was her favorite thing in this world. She was very proud of her title as "Grammy".
Cindy is survived by her husband Gary Coggin, Son's Jimmy (Karen) Frazier, Chad Frazier and Bryan Frazier, Sisters Marsha (Butch) Abbott-Farmer, Debbie (Mike) O'Connell, Cheryl (Dave) Smith, Karen Riggins and Charlotte (Doug) Athey.
Grandchildren, Mackenzie (14), Wyatt (13), Cassidy (11), Haley (10), Jennifer (44) and Michelle (36). Step children Mike (Kathy) Frazier, Bobby Frazier, Chrissy Frazier, Cregg Frazier and Shawn Coggin and many more nieces and nephews, cousins and great grand children.
She is preceded in death by her first Husband Robert Frazier, Brother Doug Athey, Parents Ralph and Helen Athey, and step daughter Kim Coggin.
A private service will be held at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon.
There will be a Celebration of Life on August 8th 2021,at her Son Chad Fraziers House At 1:30 pm. at 11701 Quiggle Road, Herald, CA.
