Obituary:

Roger Payne, 65, passed away on June 15, 2021.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Jennie Bryant and sister, Arlinda Payne.

Roger loved great music and often spoke of his enjoyment of the Male Men Show Band here in Chattanooga.

Those left to cherish his memory and mourn his passing are his brother, Kenneth Payne; sister, Jacqueline Bryant Wilkes; nephews and nieces, Glenn Payne, Shante McCrobey, Perry McCrobey and Reginald Wilkes III; and a host of other relatives and friends.

There were no services held.

The family acknowledges the many expressions of love, concern and compassion from friends and loved ones during this time of bereavement.

Rev 21:4 "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning, nor outcry, nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away."
