Regina Hines Swisher, 66, entered into rest Tuesday, July 6, 2021. She was born in Madison, Ohio and has been a resident of Burke County since 2012. She was a high school honor graduate and was of the Lutheran faith. Regina was hardworking and a very generous and charitable person. She was a very loving and caring mother and grandmother, who was loved and will be missed by many. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Swisher; her parents, Emogene and Emmett Hines; and a daughter, Sarah Alice Lund.

She is survived by four daughters, Shilo Lund (Patrick Slowey) of Keysville, Coreen Lovaas (Daniel) of Colorado, Erin Ovalle (Ricardo), and Jessica Drummond (Douglas) both of Florida; a sister, Ceresa Kirk of Hephzibah; a brother, Ernie Ray Hines, Jr. of Ohio; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
