Frank Torres, 75, of Lopatcong Township, NJ, passed away peacefully while surrounded by his family, on Tuesday, July 6, 2021.

Born on November 13, 1945, in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late Frank and Providencia (Mojica) Torres.

Frank served in the United States Army and then went on to work as a computer technician for RCA. He was an avid photographer and a diehard fan of both the New York Mets and the New York Jets. Frank also enjoyed running and cycling, was a great collector of music and was a fan of science fiction novels.

Frank is survived by his wife of 50 years, Janet (Cruz) Torres, his sons; Frank Torres III and his wife Erin, Joseph Torres and Kenneth Torres and his wife Brynne, his grandchildren; Logan, Bennett, Sebastian, Isadora and Ellison, his sister, Christina Albino and his many nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, Frank was predeceased by his sister, Elsa Fricioni.

Viewing Hours are scheduled for Monday, July 12, 2021, from 6 to 8 PM at the Finegan Funeral Home, 302 Heckman Street, Phillipsburg, NJ. An additional Viewing Period will be held at the funeral home the following day, Tuesday, July 13, 2021, from 8:30 to 9:15 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10 AM at the St. Philip & St. James Church, 430 South Main Street, Phillipsburg, NJ. The interment will then occur at the St. Philip & St. James Cemetery, Greenwich Township, NJ.
