Of Perryville, Missouri, died July 7, 2021 at the Estates of Perryville, Perryville, Missouri. He was born February 12, 1939 in Saint Louis, Missouri, son of Robert and Marie (Ether) Dyer.
Richard worked as a dishwasher for Geitner Nursing Home. Before that he was employed at St. Louis Ship Yard. In his spare time, he enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, word searches and watching TV.
He is survived by his daughters, Darlene Donagher of Chester, Illinois, Dorene (Owen) Welge of Chester, Illinois, Laura Hoffman of Cleveland, Ohio, Gladys (Robert) Anderson of Chester, Illinois, and Shirley Leifer of McClure, Illinois, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
Richard was preceded in death by father, Robert Dyer, mother, Marie (Ether) Dyer, and son-in-law, Mike Donagher.
Services will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, Chester, Illinois 62233, July 17, 2021 at 1:00 pm.
Interment in the Evergreen Cemetery, Chester, Illinois.
