Sheri L. Hopkins, age 58, of Columbus, Ohio died Friday, January 26, 2018 at the Kobacker House. She was born on April 26, 1959 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa to Helen Ennist who survives her. On March 17, 2006 she married Staff Sgt. Thomas Hopkins in Cary, North Carolina. Together they shared 11 years. Sheri is survived by her children Justin (Abby) Smith, Kena (Matt McCown) Bennett- McCown, Ara (Chris) Terry; three grandchildren; two brothers; and two sisters. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Mark Smith. Sheri was a traveler at heart and lived in Texas, Florida, South Carolina, Georgia, Oklahoma, Iowa, North Carolina and Ohio during her life. Her proudest achievement was her family. Sheri was deeply loved and will be missed by all.
