After a long-fought battle with Osteoarthritis and other heath issues. Linda Clements has passed at the age of 60 years old.

She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Roger and A. Yvonne Clements, her grandparents, and several special aunts and uncles.

Linda is survived by her loving siblings, Judy (George) McDonald, Gary (Kim) Clements and Laura Clements. She is also survived by several cherished nieces and nephews and grand niece and nephews, As well as some very special aunts, uncles and cousins.

Linda Devoted her life to teaching. After substitute teaching throughout Ionia and Montcalm counties in the early 80's, she got her first teaching contract with Coon School, a rural 2-room schoolhouse in Ionia. From there she went on to work as program manager and then program supervisor at EBI Breakthrough in Belding. She then returned to teaching. She received a contract with Grand Rapids Public Schools where she taught students with severe cognitive and emotional impairments and severe behavioral challenges at Lincoln School for 27 years. Linda loved teaching, and considered all of her students to be her "kids".

Linda's most favorable times in her life were spent with her family and friends at the cottage and teaching her "kids".
