Randy was the seventh child born on December 2, 1956, to the late Molly Ruth and Ressie Morrow.

He was born and raised in the small town of Dubach, Louisiana, where he went on to have three daughters and raise them there as well. After a lifetime career spent working in the oilfield, he retired in early 2016. His hobbies included motorcycle riding, hunting, and spending time with his close friends while reminiscing about days gone by. He was an avid Saints fan and rarely missed a wrestling match that was on. He lived a bold life and was blessed to be surrounded by beautiful people. Leo had one of the kindest hearts that a man could be given and was generous beyond measure with those that he held near and dear.

Leo passed quietly while resting in his home on July 7, 2021, while being surrounded by close friends and loved ones. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Survivors include his daughter's and families: Krissy and Ken McDermott with sons, Cody and Lucas Jordan; Bridget and Patrick Jackson with daughter, Brooklyn Bailey, and son, Dailyn Thomas and his partner Kelsie Davis and their infant daughter, Zella Dai; Andria and Jason Council with their children, Destiny Cook, and her partner Gabe Ogden, Randee Morrow and her partner Tre Hughes, Austin Smith, Kaelynn Kelley, and Bailey and Stormy Council and siblings: Bobby Morrow, Jack Morrow, and Kenneth Morrow.

Serving as pallbearers will be Dailyn Thomas, Austin Smith, Cody Jordan, Lucas Jordan, Tre Hughes, and Gabe Ogden.
