Donna Louise Farmer was born in Charlevoix, MI on March 8, 1933, to the late Richard and Catherine (Bogart) Farmer and married Charles William Cross on November 26, 1952. She enjoyed her friends at the Alpena Senior Citizens "table five troublemakers", knitting, needle point, basket weaving, photography and was an avid reader.
Surviving are her husband of 68 years, Bill; 3 daughters, Catherine (Jeff) Glomski, Virginia Marzean, Gayle (Barry) Gilbertson; 4 granddaughters, Holly Glomski, Dana Glomski, Corrine Gilbertson and Andrea Gilbertson.Mrs. Cross was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Mike Marzean.
Memorial visitation will take place on Saturday, July 10, 2021, at the Bannan Funeral Home from 12 noon until the time of the memorial service at 2 p.m. with Rev. Arnie Kirschner officiating. The service will be live streamed at www.bannanfuneralhome.com.
