Felix Jerome Viosca, a retired engineer, died Saturday of renal cell carcinoma at his home. He was 71. Mr. Viosca ws born in New Orleans and lived in Simi Valley, Calif,. for the past 30 years. He was a design engineer with Howard Huges Aircraft in California. He served in the Navy during the Korean War on the aircraft carrier USS Boxer. Survivors include his wife, Sharon Holliday Viosca; a son, Justin Keene Viosca; three daughters, Tammie Neudecker, Bonnie Buchanan, and Kimberly Bridges; a stepdaughter, Tara Mead; a brother, Robert R. Viosca; a sister Fay Viosca Martin; and seven grandchildren. A funeral will be held Thursday at 11 A.m. at Reardon Mortuary Chapel, 2636 Sycamore Drive in Simi Valley.
