Steve Green, 65, of Conley, Georgia, passed away July 6, 2021. He was born in Atlanta to the late Willard Layfette Green and Marilyn Doris Gray Green.

Steve loved Nascar. His favorite driver was Jeff Gordon. He also loved playing the guitar, especially old country music. Most of all, Steve loved his family and was very family oriented.

Steve was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Gary Green, and his sister, Terri Dobbins. He is survived by his sons, Chris (Lisa) Green of Conyers, and Jayson (Amanda) Green; and his sister, Nancy McLaren.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 11, 2021, 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM at Mowell Funeral Home in Fayetteville. Services will follow at the Chapel at 2:00 PM with Nate Garmon officiating. Interment will take place at Camp Memorial Park in Fayetteville.
