It is with great sadness that the family of Michael (Mike) Curtis Wells announces his death. Mike, 73, passed peacefully on July 1, 2021, with his loving wife by his side.

Mike was born in Kermit, Texas to Ira and Geneva Wells.
Mike was the beloved husband of Kathy Nash Wells; father to Jason Wells, stepfather to Adrianne Dubins (Jon), grandfather to Jacob and Samuel Taylor, Keelea and Emma Wells and friend to many.
Everyone that knew Mike appreciated his incredible sense of humor, his dedication and kind manner. He cherished his wife, Kathy, and together, they lived a beautiful life.

Mike was a patriotic man who proudly served his country in the United States Army for 23 years in the Pershing Professionals. He served in Vietnam and received numerous honors recognizing his service. While he loved his country, he actually might have loved Texas a little bit more.
Mike contributed to his community through his work in his church and Knights of Columbus. He could always be counted on to help a friend in need.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 6th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Rader Funeral Home, 1617 Judson Ave, Longview, Texas. His funeral will be held Wednesday, July 7th at 10:00 AM at Centre Presbyterian Church, located at 8531 FM 2011, Longview, Texas.
