Carolyn was formerly employed at the Parkview IGA in Carrollton and also a private babysitter caring for children in her home for many years.
She is survived by a son, David Andrew Meadows and wife Shelly of Carrollton, KY; a daughter, Debby Meadows of Cold Spring, KY; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
