Mrs. Shirley Ann Brewer, 74, of Gilmer, Texas, passed from this life on Saturday, July 3, 2021. Graveside service for Mrs. Brewer will be held on Wednesday, July 7, 2021, at 3:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Park in Gilmer.

Shirley was born January 13, 1947, in Minden, Louisiana, to the late Elmer and Juanita Lacaze Dison. She loved to be outdoors, especially going fishing and camping. Shirley will be greatly missed by all the friends and family she leaves behind.

Mrs. Brewer is survived by her partner of 25 years, Paul Byrum; sons, Billy Wynne and wife, Micki of Gilmer, and Collin Bynum and wife, Laura also of Gilmer; daughter, Kalie Ladd and husband, Paul of Houston; sisters, Jean Bailey and husband, Dan of Gilmer and Donna Beck and husband, Tommy of Minden, LA; grandchildren, Wesley Wynne, Rayven Wynne, Hunter Wynne, MaKenzie Eskew, Justin Wynne; James Wynne, Landry Bynum, Coleman Byrum, Eli Ladd, and Aria Ladd; as well as nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.

She is preceded in death by her parents; son, James Daniel Wynne and grandchildren, Easton and Jason Wynne.

Special thanks to her niece Tommie Jean for the care and love she provided in her final days.
