Mary Bishop, born December 30,1938 in Crawford County and passed away July 4, 2021 at home in Ft. Smith, AR. She was Preceded in death by her parents. Emmett R. and Ruth Miller Mulkey. 2 sisters Gemma Lee Hendrix and Beulah Bea Mulkey. A son in law J. R. Self. Two brothers; Joe Ed Mulkey and Albert Mulkey. She is survived by one daughter Laura Self of Ft. Smith. Two sons Dan Bishop of Ft. Smith and Randy Bishop and wife Mona of Van Buren; eight grandchildren: Robert and Mark Loomis, Jennifer Starks, Laura McMillan, Brandon Hennessee, Courtney Sandefur, Danica Bishop and Jenna Major. Twelve great-grandchildren and 7 great great-grandchildren. Two sisters; Omega Donald and Sue Bowles both of Kibler; Two brothers Silas Mulkey and Robert Mulkey both of Van Buren, And several nieces and nephews. She was retired from Riverside Furniture and Moore's Apple Market. Pallbearers will be Robert and Mark Loomis, Michael Bowles, Robert Donald, Steve Self and Mark Shelby.
