John Junior Stevens "Sugar Daddy" of Mt. Airy passed away July 4, 2021 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem.
He was born in Surry County on September 25, 1978 to Judy Stevens and the late Junior Stevens.
He is survived by his loving wife, Niki Stevens; one daughter, Natalie Stevens; one son, Garrett Stevens and girlfriend Sarah; two sisters, Angie Knott (Gray) Jennifer Tate (Terry); one brother, Rich Stevens (Nicole) grandma, Bertha Stevens; mother-in-law, Faye Dollyhite.
He was preceded in death by his father.
A celebration of life service will be held Sunday at the family home.
