Home going services honoring the life of Tommy "TJ" Joe Cole II will be at 2PM, Thursday, July 8, 2021 at Meyers Bend Pentecostal Church, Harrisonburg, LA with Bro. Terry Glaspell and Bro. Bill Cotten officiating. Visitation will be from 5PM until 9PM, Wednesday, July 7th and from 10:30 AM until time of service at 2PM, Thursday, July 8th at the church. Interment will be at Harrisonburg Cemetery, Harrisonburg, LA under the direction of Magnolia Funeral Home, Alexandria. On July 3, 2021, Tommy "TJ" Joe Cole II, 45 of Jonesville, entered into his Heavenly home. Tommy "TJ" is known by many as a great family man that loved spending his time cooking something good for everyone and hanging out with his family, friends and his 5 grandbabies that he loved very much. He was one that fed and entertained all the neighborhood kids. He always had a yard or house full and he loved every minute of it. So many have looked up to him as a father figure and he wouldn't have had it any other way. He has been a painter for the past 22 years working all over his community. He was preceded in death by his father, Tommy Joe Cole I. Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 26 years, Shelly Cole; daughter, Emily Haviland and husband Tony; son, Nathan Cole and wife Tori; daughter, Betty Jo Cole; granddaughters, Madilyn Amore, Kaytlyn Rose, Ashlee Reine, Natalee Belle Haviland; grandson, Dustin Beau Cole; mother, Allison Sones Thompson and husband Tim; sister, Chasity Watson and husband Kevin; and a host of nieces & nephews that loved him very much. Pallbearers will be Nathan Cole, Tony Haviland, John Smith, Casey Phipps, Walker Bailey and Shelby Ponthieux. Honorary pallbearers will be Mark Cotton and Tim Tomlinson.
