Charlie Lee Young was born on February 10, 1946 in Hugo, Oklahoma, the son of J.D. Young and Dorothy (Davidson) Young. His parents preceded him in death.
Charlie was a lifelong resident of the Hugo area and worked as a welder. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping, riding and raising horses and watching westerns.
Charlie was a people person and enjoyed visiting and would help anyone that was in need. But his greatest joy was his family and friends and they will tell you he took great pleasure in aggravating them.
Charlie will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Charlie is survived by his sons, Arlis Young and wife Mandi of Soper, Ok, Aaron Young and wife Ginger of Hugo, Ok, and Ashley Young and wife Lisa McClure of Hugo, OK; brother, Virgil Young of Waggoner, OK;
Grandchildren, Kelsie Young, Michelle Young, Maverick Simpson, Alexis Simpson, Natilee Young and Sam Young; four great grandchildren and a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
