Pamela and Royce Duane Page were married on October 22, 1977 in Reno, Nevada and he survives. Additional survivors include her father, Robert Issac Hicks; three sons, Gregory Wayne Bennett, Scott Matthew Bennett, and Robert Duane Page; three brothers, Robert "Bud" Hicks, Tom Hicks, and Tim Hicks; one sister, Vicki Baptista and numerous grandchildren.
