Craig Allan Spears, 53, of Manchester, MD, passed away suddenly on Saturday, July 3, 2021 at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster, MD.
Born on October 11, 1967 in Baltimore, MD, he was the son to the late Earl Carlton and Ruth Leona Campbell Spears. He was the beloved husband of 23 years to Mary Elizabeth Hulse Spears.
Craig was employed by Southern Mechanic as a plumber. He would do anything for anybody. He was a great father and loved spending time with his family. He will be missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Miranda Spears, Molly Spears, Mason Spears, all of Manchester, MD, and siblings: Joe Spears of Glen Rock, PA, David Spears of Baltimore, MD, John Spears of Baltimore, MD, and Susan Hansen of Manchester, MD. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Craig was predeceased by his brother: William "Buzzy" Spears.
The family will receive visitors on Thursday, July 8 from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD 21102, where a funeral service will be held on Friday, July 9 at 11 am.
Interment is private.
