She was a devout Christian and loved by all that knew her. She was lighthearted, sometimes silly and was known for her nurturing ways. She simply was a joy to be around.
Sheila was an employee of 31W Insulation for 11 years and Bristol Tennessee City Schools for 18 years.
Along with her parents, Albert Brown and Peggy Price she was preceded in death by her sister, Teresa Knittel; mother-in-law, Carolyn Harr and her father-in-law, Richard Harr.
She is survived by her husband, Timothy Harr; daughter, Brittany Harr and husband, Cody Yonts; father, Robert Price; brothers, Albert Brown, James Brown and wife, Teresa, Mark Brown and wife Jean; sister-in-law, Angela Harr; brother-in-law, Doug Harr; special neighbors, Jake and Dedra Hall and many loved nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
