Mrs. Doris Elizabeth Carter, age 66 of Buford Drive, Young Harris, formerly of Cleveland, GA., passed away peacefully on Wednesday June 30, 2021 in the Northeast Georgia Medical Center of Gainesville. Doris was born on September 14, 1954 in Quincey, FL., daughter of the late Richard Sterling Pinson Sr. & Doris Eugina Potter. Doris was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. She dearly loved her family; they were her life. Doris is preceded in death by her parents and a son; Jeremy Carter.
Interment will follow at a later date in the Georgia National Cemetery where she will rest next to her beloved husband.
