Sandra Veronica (Garcia) Scott was born on July 4, 1951 in Woodward, Oklahoma to Joe and Frances (Ybarra) Garcia. She grew up in Woodward and graduated from Woodward High School. Sandra was united in marriage to Randall Lee Scott, Sr. on December 27, 1970 at the St. Peter Catholic Church in Woodward, Oklahoma. They made their first home in Woodward and after a brief stay in Wichita Falls, Texas the family moved back to Woodward. She worked at the Fruit of the Loom Factory and was self-employed as a state childcare provider, which she enjoyed very much.
She was an avid doll collector and collector of just about anything and she loved to shop. Since she was born on the fourth of July, Sandra loved everything red, white, and blue. Her favorite times were spent being with her family, especially her grandkids. She loved them so much.
She is survived by her husband of almost 51 years, Randall Lee Scott, Sr. of the home; one son, Randall Lee Scott, Jr. of Woodward; one daughter, Sarah Smith and husband Brad of Pryor; six grandchildren: Sean Scott, Emilee, Torin, and Caden Scott, Hannah Hopkins, Trinity Smith; one brother Danny Garcia of Oklahoma City; one sister Monica Payne of Piedmont; other relatives and many friends.
Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Frances Garcia, brothers, Mark Garcia, Steven Garcia, Terry Garcia, one sister Kathy Holt and granddaughter, Elise Nicole Scott.
