Joseph "Garrett" Harper, 34, passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2021 in Tallahassee, FL. Garrett was born July 10, 1986 in Tallahassee, FL. He was raised in Wakulla, FL. and was a 2005 graduate of Wakulla High School. At the time of Garrett's passing, he had been employed by Florida Department of Health for a number of years.

Garrett was predeceased by his father (Neal) in December 2020, his paternal grandparents John Neal and Mary Ann Harper, and his maternal grandparents Joseph and Barbara Farrell.

Visitation will be Sunday, February 7, 2021 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home on Riggins Road. Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 8, 2021 at Gospel Light Baptist Church, 3415 Apalachee Pkwy, Tallahassee, FL, with burial at White Church Cemetery in Woodville, FL. Culley's Meadow-Wood Funeral Home, Riggins Road, is in charge of arrangements.
