Billy was born on October 16, 1951 in Marshall County, Kentucky to the late William Herbert Riley and Nettie Henson Riley. He was a jack of all trades but spent many years working as an electrician for Proform. Billy was a long time member of the Marshall County Elks Lodge MC #2707 where he also served as the Exalted Ruler from 1991-1992 and 1997. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing and bird hunting. He was a member of First Missionary Baptist Church.
He is survived by his two daughters, Christy Riley and Misty Riley both of Benton, Kentucky; his two sisters, Virginia Thorn of Gilbertsville, Kentucky and Judy McConnell of Fredonia, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Kaytlynn Jones of Benton, Kentucky and Trevor Jones of Sedalia, Kentucky; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Tiffany Renee Riley; his brother, Tommy Riley; and his parents.
Arrangements are being handled by Filbeck-Cann Funeral Home of Milner & Orr.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at 5:30 PM at the Marshall County Elk's Lodge.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2021 from 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM at the Marshall County Elk's Lodge.
