Bobby was the son of the late Jesse Lee Webb and Mable Carter Webb.

He grew up in The First United Methodist Church of Middlesboro and was very active in the church youth group. He was saved during Church Camp in Blue Creek Ohio in 1972. He, along with his wife later became church members of Binghamtown Baptist Church where they still worship.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mable Carter Webb, and in-laws; Charles and Nell Cheek. Grandparents; Roy and Chloe Finley Carter, Aunts and Uncles; James (Lucille) Carter, R.C. and Dorothy Carter, William and Helen Carter, George and Betty Carter, Thomas and Mickey Carter, Ray and Ann Carter Marsee, Willie and Beverly Carter Mason and brothers-in-law Rick Mason and John Southern.

Bobby is survived by his wife of 45 years, Patty Cheek Webb

Daughters; Robin LeAnne (Doug) McDaniel, Charlotte Sierra (Drew) Price

Grandchildren; Noah and Reece Mustard, and Ethan and Talan McDaniel

Sisters; Charlotte Webb, Cathy (Tim) Kelley, and Betsy Mason

Nieces and Nephews; David and Traci Kelley, Scott and Ashley Mason, Jennifer Ellison, and Sabrina Stepp.

Great Nephews; Brody Derringer and Finn Mason

Bobby was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He has left his family and friends with many precious memories. He loved playing sports throughout his life and missed them very much when he was no longer unable to do so. He played baseball, football, and basketball throughout his youth and later in life he was an avid golf and softball player. He was very proud to be a part of the 1986 National Champion Softball Team "Sasquatch" along with some of his closest friends and teammates. Bobby was also a talented artist and woodworker. Hobbies that brought him great joy.

He is dearly loved by his family and friends and will be missed more than he could have possibly imagined by all who knew him.
