David Ren Baldwin passed away on June 26, 2021, in Neodesha, Kansas, at the age of 62.

Dave was born on February 14, 1959, to Donald and Neoma (Pat) Baldwin (nee Hash). The youngest of four, Dave graduated from Neodesha High School in 1977. He married his high school sweetheart, Bonnie Lour, on June 3, 1978. Dave worked at MEC in Neodesha for 30 years as a drafter before working in engineering. He spent the remainder of his employment at Cobalt Boats. Dave enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, playing softball, coaching his children's various sports teams, being a member of the Metro Club, Lion's Club, and the Neodesha Alumni Association. Anyone who knew Dave knew that he had a big personality and was the life of the party.

Dave was preceded in death by his parents Donald and Pat Baldwin, brother Russell Baldwin, father-in-law Jim Lour Sr, and sister-in-law Cheryl Claibourn. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Baldwin of Neodesha, KS; sister Lynda (Mike) Stark of Dawson Creek, British Columbia, Canada; brother Ron (Margie) Baldwin of Saucier, MS; sister-in-law Janice Baldwin of Sycamore, KS; children Kimberly (Dale) Withroder of Olsburg, KS; Amanda Coleman of Olathe, KS; and Travis (Rosie) Baldwin of Rose Hill, KS; grandchildren Corinne, Latham, and Cullen Withroder; Claire and Nora Coleman; and Ryan, Carter, and Reese Baldwin. He is also survived by mother-in-law Anna Lour; brother-in-laws Jim (Denise) Lour and Howard (Pam) Lour; sister-in-laws Christine (Joe) Brundige, Rhonda (Jack) Lewis, Brenda Ellis and partner Dave Allison, and Michelle (Dave) Thurman.

The visitation service will be held at the Loran Fawcett Chapel, 704 Indiana Street on Wednesday, June 30th from 5:00 – 7:00 pm. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 1st at 1:00 pm at the Nazarene Church, 812 N. 7th Street, Neodesha, KS. Interment will follow at the Neodesha Cemetery.
