Betty S Hopkins, 85, of Indianapolis, passed away on June 30, 2021.
She was born on September 17,1935, in McMinnville TN, to Will and Thelma Luna.
She worked and retired from the Rytex Inc as a printing press packer. She enjoyed country music, dancing, and spending time with family and friends. She was a member of the Southport American Legion.
Survivors include, her husband, Walter Max Hopkins, sisters, Barbara Arnett, Kathryn York, daughter, Kathy (Chris) Gainey, stepsons, Jeff Hopkins, Brent (Susan) Hopkins, stepdaughter, Garnet (Clyde) Jordan, 10 grandchildren, 22 greatgrandchildren, 9 great-greatgrandchildren, many nieces and nephews. and her dear friend Dixie Hall.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, 3 brothers, Billy, Sydney, Jerry Luna, a sister, Mary Lucid, stepdaughter, Cindy (Hopkins) Crow, stepson, Gregory Hopkins.
Visitation will be on, Tuesday, July 6, 2021 from 11:00AM-1:00PM at G.H. Hermann Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis IN with the funeral service at 1:00PM.
Betty will be laid to rest at Round Hill Cemetery in Indianapolis IN.
