Bruce Wayne "Little Brucie" Meeks the Second, age 55 of Cumberland, MD, passed away peacefully at UPMC Western Maryland hospital on June 27th, 2021, at 6:30am after a long battle of many chronic illnesses.
Bruce was born January 1, 1966, in Baltimore, MD at Franklin Square Hospital.
His parents are Bruce Wayne (Batman) Meeks the First & Juanita Rotkovich; also raised by Linda (Mom) Meeks.
Bruce is preceded in death by all parents; Sister, Brenda Meeks; Sister, Candy Meeks; Many Uncles and Aunts are also welcoming him into heaven with open arms.
Bruce was married to Diana Dentinger Meeks on December 10, 2009; they were married 11 years, 6 months, 16 days, 19 hours, and 15 minutes.
His hands were rough and that is because he was a hard worker for his family. He was a very hard-working man. Even when he fell ill, he always still involved himself in some type of project.
Bruce was an incredible man. He provided for his family and made sure his children had the guidance they needed. He accepted everyone as family, blood or not and would do anything for anyone.
"A father is neither an anchor to hold us back nor a sail to take us there, but a guiding light whose love shows us the way."
We will remember his smile, his laugh, his chaos, his loud, his quiet, his ups, his downs. We will all miss him. He is at peace now.
