She married Charles in 1990, in Belleville, Illinois. Cynthia lived in Hardy since moving from Belleville, Illinois, in 1994. Cynthia enjoyed reading; her favorite author was Stephen King. She also loved crossword puzzles and playing Rock Band. Cynthia will be greatly missed by her loving family.
Cynthia is survived by her husband, Charles Baker; two sons, Jason Fisher, and Bobby Joe Fisher; two daughters, Jennifer Lee, Jill York; two sisters, Sandy Hatley Garcia Ghidoni, and Susan Hatley Yates; one brother, Billy Hatley; and numerous grand and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and daughter, Kelly Joyce Fisher.
