Robert D. Kirkpatrick, 77, of Hattiesburg passed away on June 30, 2021, at his home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, July 2, 2021, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 3 P.M. with visitation from 1 P.M. until service. The burial will be in Roseland Park Cemetery.
Mr. Kirkpatrick was an avid bridge player and golfer.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Felder and Lena Kirkpatrick; his sister, Clara Wallace; and his brother, F.M. Kirkpatrick.
He is survived by his wife, Janice Kirkpatrick of Hattiesburg; his two daughters, Deanna Stewart (Mike) of Hattiesburg and Sherry Kinkopf (Bill) of Hattiesburg; his son, Russ Kirkpatrick (Michelle) of Mobile, AL; his six grandchildren, Paige Stephens (Brad), Kaitlyn Kirkpatrick, Sarah Kathleen Stewart, Daniel Kinkopf, Griffin Stewart, and Maddie Kirkpatrick; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
