Ronnie Clinton Williams, 70, of Carthage, Texas was born on April 18, 1951, in Carthage to Roy Clinton "R.C." and Bettie Louise Eppinger Williams. He graduated from Carthage High School in 1969. Ronnie worked for many years as a welder in the pipeline construction business and was a longtime member of Pipeliner's Union #798. He more recently worked as a crane operator. Ronnie was also a Mason. He lived his lifetime in Carthage and was a member of Southside Baptist Church. Ronnie was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Steve Williams.
