Jacqueline Davis Moore, 59, was born August 3, 1961, in New York to the late Pinkie Burton. She passed away June 25, 2021 in Chattanooga, TN. Jacqueline was a graduate of Kirkman High School and a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. She was a veteran of the United States Army.
Jacqueline enjoyed the simple pleasures of life such as watching her favorite television programs like "The Young and The Restless", "Golden Girls", and "Nash" and playing games on her cell phone. She also enjoyed traveling with her family to places like "Six Flags Over Georgia" and Detroit. Her family meant the world to her, therefore spending time with them gave her great joy.
Some of her favorite foods were greens, chicken and chitterlings. One of her favorite songs was "Put It On Paper."
Jacqueline was a beautiful, loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend who loved everyone. She will be dearly missed.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Pinky Burton.
Those to cherish her loving memory include her daughters, Ebony Davis and Jada Smith; son, Shawn Davis; stepson, Montrell Grant, all of Chattanooga; grandchildren, Jacques Smith, Joshua Adams, Jr., of Chattanooga and Shawn Davis, Jr., Nashville, TN; twin brother, James Perry, of Chattanooga; a host of cousins and friends.
A graveside service with military honors will be held at 2:30 pm Thursday, July 8, 2021, at Chattanooga National Cemetery, 1200 Bailey Avenue, Chattanooga, Tennessee.
