Raphael N. Lewis, 78 , of Denver Colo., died Wednesday at his home. He was born in Breckenridge County and was a retired carpenter and member of the Christ the King Catholic Church in Denver.
Survivors include his wife, Alice Hagman Lewis; four sons, Joseph L. and John C. Lewis, both of Owensboro, and Michael and James Lewis, both of Denver; seven daughters, Mary C., Alice Mae and Ann Lewis, Teresa Morgan and Barbara Lundstrom, all of Denver, Frances Cecil of Bardstown and Jean Gulding of Waynesboro, VA.; 23 grandchildren, two great grandchildren and a sister, Emaline Burke of Louisville.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Rose Catholic Church, Cloverport. Burial in Calvary Cemetery, Cloverport. Visitation after 7:30 p.m. today at James H. Davis Funeral Home where prayers will be said at 8:15 p.m.
